The tabmenu above lets you search the scientific programme in 3 ways:
- "FIND BY DATE AND TIME" lets you find presentations based on date and time of day. Click anywhere in the timetable to start a search.
- "FIND BY SESSIONS" lets you find presentations within a session. In this section, you find a session topic by first choosing a main category from the dropdownlist, then a list of related sessions appear. Here you can click on one or many sessions to select them. To start the search based on your selections, click the searchbutton below.
- "ADVANCED SEARCH" contains many fields to choose from. You can combine all these fields into a search as specific as you want. If you want to search with more that one keyword, you can click the "Add" button on the side of each textfield.
When searching, you will enter the "RESULTS" section, which displays the searchresult in a list.
If you have made a wide search, the list can contain a large amount of rows, making it hard to find what you are looking for. Instead of going back to search again, you can refine your search at the right side of the page. Simply click on one of the options listed, and the result updates dynamically. You can also predict how many hits you will get on each option by looking at the number show after each option, e.g. Early morning [5]
A personal planner is available to you from the resultsection. Each programme shown in the list has a button named "Add to my planner". Click on this icon at any presentation you find interesting, and the personal planner remembers it. You can at any time view you personal planner by clicking the planner icon on the right side of the resultpage. This opens a list in a new window with your personal programme. This programme can be downloaded to your outlook calendar.
If you navigate away from the Programme Search page, the personal planner will still remember your schedule. If you have cookies enabled, the planner will even remember your schedule next time you want to use the Programme Search.
